Terms of Service

Welcome to FullCrew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fullcrewmarketing.com, our language newsletters, our companion apps, and anything else we run under the FullCrew name (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by FullCrew Marketing L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company ("FullCrew", "we", "us").

By subscribing to a newsletter, creating an account, buying a product, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. WHAT WE DO

FullCrew is a language learning company. We publish daily email lessons for languages such as Spanish (Phrase Cafe) and Korean (Kimchi and Coffee), and we run small companion apps that listen to you say a phrase and respond. Each newsletter has its own website and its own sign-up. We may add, change, pause, or retire languages, lessons, apps, and features at any time.

2. WHO CAN USE THE SERVICES

You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe to a newsletter or use an app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Services you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to agree to these Terms.

3. FREE LESSONS AND PAID PRODUCTS

Our first lessons are free. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

Some newsletters offer paid products: premium subscriptions, courses, guides, and access to the companion app. Each paid product is sold on that newsletter's own website and is subject to the price, billing terms, and refund terms shown at checkout on that site. Those checkout terms control for that purchase. Where nothing else is stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the link in your emails or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past charges unless the product's refund terms say so.

Prices may change. If a price for a renewing subscription changes, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We work hard to help you learn, and we design every lesson around what the research says works. But learning a language depends on you. We do not promise that you will reach any level, pass any test, or be able to hold any conversation by any date. Any examples, studies, survey results, or stories on our sites describe what happened for those people and are not a promise of what will happen for you.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR CONDUCT

Some Services need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login private. Tell us right away at team@fullcrewmarketing.com if you think someone else has used it.

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal or harmful.
- Copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our lessons, audio, or app content.
- Try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or get around the security of the Services.
- Impersonate someone else or sign up other people without their consent.
- Use automated tools to subscribe, submit answers, or send messages.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. YOUR VOICE AND YOUR ANSWERS

The companion apps may record short clips of your voice so they can check your pronunciation and respond. Your answers and recordings are used to run the lesson, to give you feedback, and to improve the Services. We do not sell them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this data and how to ask us to delete it.

If you send us feedback, replies, survey answers, or ideas, you give us permission to use them to improve the Services and, in anonymised form, to describe how people use them. We will not publish your name or email without asking you first.

7. OUR CONTENT

Everything we make, including lessons, audio, text, artwork, app software, and the names Phrase Cafe, Kimchi and Coffee, FullCrew, and the Fade, belongs to FullCrew Marketing L.L.C. or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning while you use the Services. You may not copy or share it beyond ordinary personal use.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on third parties to deliver email, process payments, host audio, and run the apps. Payments are handled by our payment processors and we never see your full card number. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their terms.

9. PRIVACY

How we collect and use your personal data, including your email address, name, payment details, voice recordings, and cookies, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://fullcrewmarketing.com/privacy-policy. By using the Services you agree to that policy.

10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES AND THESE TERMS

We may change the Services, or stop offering part of them, at any time. We may also update these Terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

You can stop using the Services at any time by unsubscribing or closing your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we believe your use harms other users or the Services, or if we retire a Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 7, 12, 13, 14, and 16) will survive termination.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails will always be delivered.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, FullCrew Marketing L.L.C. and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless FullCrew Marketing L.L.C. from any claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking to each other will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please write to us first. Most problems can be fixed with an email.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout terms shown when you buy a product make up the whole agreement between you and FullCrew about the Services, and replace any earlier agreements.
